I've updated this review which I originally did about 4 years ago. I didn't include any category about appearance, because that is a purely subjective matter of taste. But as long as I'm sharing my opinion I have to say that the CB2000 and the Spiral Stainless have, to my mind, the best look. They really convey the image of the caged or trapped penis very well. In the case of the Spiral, when attempting to erect causes a little bulging at the spaces between the bars, the image really is one of "suffering" and being denied.
